Manor Court Farm has been offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the spacious Georgian farmhouse for over thirty years.  The house dates back to about 1750 – we have found a brick with the date carved into it.  The farm covers 300 acres, and is situated in the middle of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer you a warm and friendly atmosphere so thManor Court Farmat you can relax and enjoy the farm and the surrounding Kent and Sussex countryside.

There are various animals around the farmstead such as chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl , sheep with lambs, pigs in summer, aviary birds and 2 cats.

Coronavirus Update

The campsite has been open from July to September this year, with special cleaning measures in place to keep guests and residents as safe as possible from Covid-19.  Unfortunately, due to the increased work load, the Bed and Breakfast will remain closed until future notice.

No bookings are being taken while the farm is up for sale.  As and when bookings are being taken again, please go to where you will find our up to date availability calendar.

Covid measures in place.


For the remainder of 2020 it will be registered campers only on site with no visitors permitted. This is due to Covid measures that we have in place on the farm.

Amenities on site will remain open with extra measures in place.
Fridges, Microwave and Freezers WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE due to the high risk of cross contamination. Ice will be available to purchase from the farmhouse subject to availability.
The toilet/shower block will operate on a one in one out system .Family bubbles counting as one.
NO children under the age of 10 years old are allowed in the toilet/dish washing areas without an adult present.
The communal dish washing area will be open for two campers at a time, using opposite sinks, to adhere to social distancing.
There are sanitiser dispensers to be found within the communal dish washing area and also in the toilet block.
Hand towel dispensers have replaced the electric dryers to avoid the spread of any air borne particles
Toilet windows now have privacy screen glass instead of fabric curtains.
We have upped our cleaning programme and the Toilet/Shower block will be closed between 1100am-1200pm daily to allow for deep cleaning.
They will be continually monitored, on a regular basis between 0800 and 1800, with all surfaces being wiped with disinfectant and sanitised.
The wheelie bins will also be wiped regularly to avoid any infection .
The security keypads at the main entrance will also be sanitised .

We are doing our upmost to protect all our guests on site and we ask all of you to do the same , for your benefit, and your fellow campers.

Manor Court Farm CampingManor Court Farm Camping is offered in an informal setting near the farmhouse, and has excellent shower and toilet facilities.

It is set in the gardens amongst the old brick and tiled farm buildings, near the pond, and in the field with views to Ashdown Forest.
